Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and appreciate your consideration of our time and other clients. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee if the appointment time cannot be filled. If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice, please call or text as soon as possible.

No-Show Policy

Appointments missed without notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client. The full service fee will still apply. If you arrive too late to receive meaningful treatment, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Certain promotions, specialty services, or repeated late cancellations/no-shows may require prepayment to secure future appointments.

Health & Communication Policy

For your safety and the effectiveness of your session, please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or changes in health prior to your appointment. Open communication during your session is encouraged to ensure pressure and techniques remain appropriate and comfortable.

Professional Environment Policy

This practice maintains a professional, therapeutic environment at all times. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and payment will still be required.
